The homes of Rézhegy ECO Villapark are built in a traditional architectural style, shaped to meet the needs of today, but maintaining the character and unity of the houses.
We started the construction of 51 individual family houses, townhouses and condominiums of different sizes, representing high quality, built with a modern, energy-efficient mechanical engineering system, on hillside plots of approximately 900-1000m2 each, at the end of 2022, at the beginning of 2023.
Our villas are built with content corresponding to AA+ building energy classification. We have tried to create the best possible price-value ratio for our villas, and the discounted 5% VAT (extended until 31.12.2024) also contributes to your house being built at a (more) favorable price.
The prime consideration through the planning of the Villapark was to meet the needs for modern and comfortable family houses/apartments.
